Return and refund policy

Thank you for shopping at Ofrigoods. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your item, we offer a 30-day free return policy.

Returns

• You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the delivery date.

• To start a return, please contact us at Ofrigoods@hotmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

• We do not accept returns for perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, or items marked as non-returnable at checkout.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is free of charge within the 30-day window.

• We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

• Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Ofrigoods@hotmail.com with photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
